Reported user complaints
Complaints are relatively rare given the review volume. The most repeated issue is that prices are always displayed in USD without enough on-page clarity for buyers expecting local currency. A smaller number of reviews mention installation friction or a support flow that starts with a chatbot before reaching a human agent. These are aggregated patterns from public reviews (Trustpilot, app stores, Reddit) as of 2026-09-01 -- not independently verified by Nomad Utilities and not necessarily representative of every reader's experience. Read current reviews directly before deciding.
