Reported user complaints
Maya's no-refund-past-10%-usage policy (or past 1GB on unlimited plans) has drawn complaints from users who experienced poor connections but had already used enough data to fall outside the refund window -- read this threshold before assuming a poor-connection refund is automatic. A minority of reviews report spotty reception or slower speeds in specific locations despite an otherwise strong overall rating. These are aggregated patterns from public reviews (Trustpilot, app stores, Reddit) as of 2026-09-01 -- not independently verified by Nomad Utilities and not necessarily representative of every reader's experience.
