Reported user complaints
Some reviewers report that certain roaming plans connect only at 4G/LTE speeds rather than 5G. Support response time is inconsistent -- some users report replies within a few hours, others report waiting 2-3 days during peak travel periods, with a few describing form responses that ignored details already provided. These are aggregated patterns from public reviews (Trustpilot, app stores, Reddit) as of 2026-09-01 -- not independently verified by Nomad Utilities and not necessarily representative of every reader's experience.
